Documents to be produced for the processing

(4 copies of each document attested by the Government Officer)

  • SLC Mark-sheet & Character Certificate
  • 0+2 or I.Sc. Transcript, Character Certificate, Provisional Certificate & Migration certificate
  • Passport
  • Citizenship Certificate
  • Citizenship Certificate of the guardian
  • 8 copies of passport size colour photographs (size 3 x 3.5 cm)

Note

  • At the time of registration, all duplicate copies must be presented at the office for the admission into the concerned universities.
  • Selected candidates in any stream should produce, in original, the following documents at the time of admission.
  • All payments should be made as Draft in favour of Kathmandu School of Medical Technology, payable at Kathmandu. KSMT is not responsible for any other payment made elsewhere.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Student will be fully responsible for mistakes in information and documents submitted.
  • Students should submit 4 attested photocopies of all certificates and documents required along with 20 (twenty) copies of photographs. The photograph can be used by the authority for publicity.
  • It is the responsibility of the student to judge whether he/she is eligible for admission into the particular course or not.
  • The student may require seating for the entrance test before confirming their placement in Chinese medical college. The student should follow the instruction of the college and the decision of the same will be final and authentic.
  • The service charge will not be refunded once the process is in progress. In case the confirmation is denied by the college/embassy the charge will be FULLY REFUNDED.
  • It is understood that the student is ready to accept all the prevailing rules and regulations of the college/embassy/country government applicable.
  • All payments are due to made at the time of application. No due payments will be entertained.
  • There will be NO REFUND of fees for leave, lack of eligibility and failure to continue the course.
  • The student should strictly follow the timetable and instructions provided by the institute. In case the student fails to follow the instructions the institute will not be responsible.
  • Any change of address of the student should be notified to the office without delay.
  • In all matters the decision of the Chinese government and the college shall be final.
